Each team will give a brief presentation of their work and we will celebrate a day of hard work

Public and Non profit Visitors

During the final presentation (7:30-9pm) we encourage the public to see the wonderful work created during the day. Nonprofit organizations are encouraged to come and provide feedback to their teams during the day. We have two designated times (11:40am – 12:00pm and 3pm – 3:20pm) for this. Nonprofits are also required to be at the final presentations.

Supplies

Exactly what you may need during the event can vary greatly depending on your project and role, but here’s a few things that have been helpful to participants in the past:

  • Computer with all necessary software (if you don’t have a laptop you can use, please let us know in your application and we can work to get you set up with one the day of the event.)

  • Computer charger

  • USB Drive, or some other way to pass files back and forth with your team

  • Pencils, pens, and anything else you might need to sketch your brilliant ideas

  • A computer mouse or drawing tablet

  • A water bottle to keep hydrated throughout the day

We'll hook you up with a few things too, so feel free to leave these at home:

  • Electrical Outlets

  • Internet connection

  • Printer

  • Coffee. Lots and lots of coffee.

Final Products

Final files are to be transferred to the non-profit organization at the conclusion of the event at 9:00pm. Teams are responsible for communicating with their non-profit organization about how the files will be transferred and if additional training is necessary.

Release Agreements

Upon arrival, you will receive a Work Release Agreement and Talent Release Agreement to sign. Volunteers will be there to answer any questions you may have.
